"Quote and invoice didn’t line up"
The quote showed one thing, but the invoice came through looking different. It’s not even about the amount as much as the confusion around it. I had to ask way too many questions just to understand the charges, and it really wasn’t clear at all.

I was looking for some commercial kitchen stuff and, i was a little suspicious at first because restaurant supply sites can be messy or push you toward random extras. But the search on Culinary Depot was actually easy to use. The filters let me narrow things down by size and type, so I wasn’t stuck clicking through a million products.
The prices and product details were clear enough, and the pages loaded fine for me. I kept waiting for something annoying to pop up or for the info to get vague, but it was straightforward. I didn’t feel lost on the site, which is rare with this kind of shopping. Overall, good experience.

"Pretty decent account support, just a little uneven"
We’ve been using Culinary Depot for our business account, and overall, it’s been fine. Ordering is straightforward, and, you know, most of the invoices are easy enough to pull up when we need them.
The account management part could definitely be a bit smoother, though. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to hear back, and I actually had to follow up twice on a pricing question, which was kind of frustrating.
Nothing major or deal-breaking, honestly. They do get things handled in the end, but, yeah, I’d just like the communication to be a little more consistent

"I was browsing a few kitchen..."
I was browsing a few kitchen items and expected the product pages to be a lot more helpful than they were. Some of them had barely any specs, and details like dimensions, included accessories, or warranty info were either missing or not explained clearly.
The site itself worked fine, but I ended up having to search the model numbers on Google just to feel confident about what I was looking at. For equipment in this price range, I really thought there would be more complete information upfront before placing an order

"I stopped by the showroom last week..."
I stopped by the showroom last week, it was okay. The staff were nice enough once I got help, but I did have to wait around for a bit. The weird part is that some of the items didn’t have clear pricing, which made it kind of hard to know what I was even considering. Overall, it wasn’t a bad visit, just nothing that really stood out
"Sales staff seemed mostly helpful"
The sales staff were helpful overall, but a few of their answers felt a little unsure. I couldn’t tell if they actually knew the details or were just saying what sounded right, so I left feeling slightly suspicious.

It works well overall. I did notice a tiny scuff on it, though maybe I’m being a little too picky. Other than that, I’m happy with it.

"I wasn’t really sure which unit would be..."
I wasn’t really sure which unit would be the best fit for my small kitchen, so I reached out with a few questions before ordering. The person who helped me was patient, gave clear advice, and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. The order arrived fine and the equipment worked like I expected. My only small complaint is that it took a little longer than I’d hoped to get the tracking info. Has anyone else had that happen? Overall though, it was a good experience

"Decent prices, but shipping could be better"
I thought the prices were fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, so that was a plus. The shipping wasn’t exactly the cheapest, but overall it still felt like a decent value. I’d probably order again, but if the shipping costs go up or I find a better deal elsewhere, I might have to switch.

"Staff could’ve been a bit friendlier"
My order was fine overall, no real issues there. But the staff I spoke with came off a little short and not super helpful. Just didn’t feel very professional, which was kind of disappointing. I guess I expected a bit more courtesy from a company like this.

"Way more kitchen stuff than I expected"
I was surprised by how much kitchen stuff they had. I found most of what I needed easily, and when I had a quick question, support basically said something like, “Check that section, it should be there,” which actually helped. Easy shopping experience overall.

"Frustrating install experience"
The installer showed up late, which already threw off my day, and then left a mess behind when the job was done. The most frustrating part is that when I tried to get it addressed, nobody seemed to take ownership or know who was supposed to fix it. I just kept getting passed around, and it made the whole experience feel really unprofessional

I ordered a stainless table from Culinary Depot because I needed something that would fit a specific space. When it arrived, I was relieved to see the measurements were basically right on with what the listing said. The height and width worked perfectly for my setup, so there were no surprises there. Tracking did lag a bit at one point, which had me checking back a few times, but the table itself showed up as described. Overall, I had a good experience

"Financing details felt unclear"
I was looking at buying some kitchen equipment and wanted to use financing. The site made it seem like financing was an option. But the details were not very clear. I couldn’t tell what I might qualify for or what the terms would be.
Because of that, I had to pause and rethink the order. If you’re paying upfront, the site is probably fine. But if you need financing, I think the info should be easier to understand...

"Checkout felt clunkier than it should"
The checkout process was more frustrating than I expected. Compared to other sites where payment is quick and straightforward, this one had too many steps and started lagging right near the end. I was close to giving up before I finally got the order through.
